These terms of use apply to all contracts that you enter into with Natural Cuddles. By placing an order, you accept our Terms & Conditions.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
- Unwashed, unworn and unpacked, with all labels, clean, neat, not damaged and with the original packaging can be returned within 14 days of original purchase.
- Credit card & PayPal purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.
- Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.
Conditions of return:
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- We don't accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders.
- Items on sale.

PAYMENT
After you chose items you would like to buy and click „Confirm Order”, an e-mail confirmation will be sent. We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We do not share credit card or other payment information with third parties except for the purposes of processing payment for products and services you’ve ordered and as required by law.

Natural Cuddles may periodically update these Terms and Conditions including for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed. Any changes made will be posted here. By visiting and continuing to use the Website you agree to accept any changes made to these Terms. Please note that Terms only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect from you on the Website.
AVAILABILITY OF THE GOODS
The product range is available and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site and in stock. Indications on the availability are provided during the ordering process. Errors or modifications may occasionally occur in exceptional circumstances and the customer will be informed by e-mail as soon as possible to fullfil the order in the best possible time and way.
PRICE POLICY
The currency used is Euro (EUR) for all countries. VAT is included in all our prices and will be based on the country the order will be shipped to. Please note that all prices and product information on the Natural Cuddles Online Store are subject to change.
